Terms and Conditions:

• The above rates are per room per night inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
• The above rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi internet throughout property.
• The above rates are non-commissionable basis.
• An extra person supplement will be applied additional charge at THB 1,400 net per person/night (Inclusive of breakfast and extra bed)
• The hotel’s official check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and checkout time is 12:00 hrs. Upon receiving the final arrival list for the event, early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
• In case of no shows, the hotel will charge for room accommodation for the whole period. The charge will be to the Master Account.
• Cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival will be charge for the whole period.
• All payment are non-refundable for any issue.
